ECHO OF A MAN
Burke Roberts calls this film his Sand Mandala.
(Both Navajo Indians and Tibetan monks create sand mandalas to demonstrate the impermanence of life.)
Echo of a Man examined the gray line between insanity and social construct. A stylized look at the arrogance of human’s inclination to claim superiority over other species – as deconstructed by a man who may or may not be a werewolf.
The piece, however, is Dust in the Wind.
A year spent, only to have all lost to the whims of a smoke filled hard drive and a collective conscious decision to let it be process and thought for it’s own sake.
Not claiming to be “ZEN” here – there are a few clips and some imagery that survived.
